Eastlake (Chula Vista) Housing Update for February. Follow me on FACEBOOK and TWITTER.
Eastlake is located in Eastern Chula Vista, California. Eastlake is made up of 6 total subdivisions called Eastlake Hills, Eastlake Trails, Eastlake Greens, Eastlake Vistas, Eastlake Shores and Eastlake Woods. All of Eastlake is located in 91915. Most of the homes located in Eastlake were built from the 1990’s to 2008.
For the last 10 years running, the San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper’s annual reader’s poll has named the master-planned development of Eastlake as the area’s Best New Home Community. Today, the development is comprised of 3,200 acres and more than 1,100 acres of parks, athletic fields, a golf course, hiking trails and a 21.5-acre lake.
Currently, there are a total of 100 detached and attached homes for sale. There are 136 homes that are in “Contingent” status, which means the bank is reviewing the offers that were made to the seller. In order to be in Contingent status, the property is most likely a Short Sale. What is a Short Sale? This is when the owner owes more than they can sell it for on the open market. There are currently 38 Bank Owned or Foreclosed homes for sale and 62 Short Sale homes in Eastlake for sale.
Prices in Eastlake typically range from $200,000 to $800,000.
There are custom homes in the “Gates” — Eastlake Woods for sale ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,0000.
All stats provided in this article can vary day to day.
If you are an interested buyer, please keep in mind this is a seller’s market at a buyer’s price. In order to purchase a property, you will need to be pre-qualified by a lender of your choice (I can refer you a lender as well) and have an aggressive real estate agent who is on the constant lookout for the next great home that meets your home buying criteria.

Cheers!! Yet an additional super posting, this can be exactly why we returned to the blog page often!!
Wow!, this was a real quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I keep putting it off and never seem to achieve anything
excellent points and the details are more precise than elsewhere, thanks.
